Jervis Bay Habitat Protection Zone
This zone includes all State tidal waters not included in sanctuary or special purpose zones within the bay and east to the marine park boundary, from due east of Point Perpendicular to due south of the easternmost part of Steamers Head, including all creeks, bays and tributaries to the mean high water mark and to the tidal limit. There are restrictions on taking marine species within this zone including from rock platforms and beaches (see Table 5). Certain commercial activities will be allowed in designated areas under permit (see Table 3 and Map 16). Trawling is not permitted.
